摘要
以一级高铝矾土熟料为制砖主要原料,引入少量石墨为改性剂,并以磷酸铝为主要结合剂制备不烧高铝砖。试验结果表明:不烧高铝砖的耐熔蚀及抗热震性能优于普通烧成高铝砖,引入少量石墨所致的应变失配以及使用过程中磷酸铝的晶型转变是对不烧高铝砖高抗热震性的综合贡献。
The un fired high alumina bricks are made from calcined one*grade high aluminaacting as the main component,and from less quantity of graphite acting as the reformativeaddition. Alumina phosphate is selected as the bonding of un fired bricks. The test resultsshow that the erosion resistance and the thermal shock resistance of the unfired high aluminabricks are superiou to ordinary fired high alumina bricks' The poor fit of elastic strain resulting form less quantity of graphite into the brick,and the conversions or inversions of the alumina phosphate crystalines, when unfired bricks are used, are factors that lead to the excellent thermal shock resistanc of un fired high aluming bricks.
