摘要
本文对２１０例经头颅ＣＴ证实的急性脑血管病患者心电图进行了分析，发现有心电图异常１２８例（占６０．９５％），主要表现为Ｔ波，ＳＴ段的改变和各种心律失常，出血组心电图异常率明显高于缺血组（Ｐ＜０．０１），心电图异常组与正常组比较病死率差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明心电图改变与脑血管病的类型及预后有关。
In this paper we analysed electrocardiographic changes found in 210 cases of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD) confirmed by computerized tomography(CT) scanning.The results indicated that abnormal ECG was present in 128cases(60.95%) of patients with ACVD.The main abnormalities included changes of T wave and ST segment and various kinds of arrhythmias.The changes of ECG in cerebral hemorrhage patients were greater than those in cerebral infarction(p<0.01).There were significant differences of mortality between the group with and without abnormal ECG(p<0.05).It is suggested that the changes of ECG may relate to different type of ACVD and their prognosis.
