摘要
目的探讨尿道延伸术治疗冠状沟型尿道下裂的疗效及其适应证。方法总结了两年间收集的15例行尿道延伸术的尿道下裂患儿的手术资料。年龄2～13岁,平均年龄6岁,其中阴茎头型4例,冠状沟型8例,单纯阴茎下曲3例。结果15例全部成功,术后随访3～24个月,阴茎外观满意,排尿通畅,无尿道狭窄及尿瘘。结论尿道延伸术适合于治疗阴茎头型、冠状沟型、单纯阴茎下曲型尿道下裂,具有手术成功率高,术后并发症少的优点。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and the indication of the urethral extension for the repair of subcoronal hypospadias. Methods In the late years,our summarized thel5 cases operation data for urethral extension of hypospadias .Their ages ranged from 2 to 13 years old with a mean of 6 years.The types of hypospadias including gland penis （n=4）,subcoronal （n=8）,single chordee（n=3） penis. Results All 15 case operation were successful.They were followed up for 3-24 months,penis had satisfactory appearence,normosthenuria,without urethral stricture and urethral fistula. Conclusions Urethral extension is suitable for treatment of gland penis,subcoronal,single chordee hypospadias,its advantages are high operation success rate and less complacation after the operation.
