Catalystic Synthesis of Triethyl Citratr by Activated Carbon Supported Ferric Chloride.

摘要 以活性炭固载氯化铁为催化剂,用柠檬酸和乙醇合成了柠檬酸三乙酯。考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间对酯化反应的影响,确定了优化反应条件:以0.3mol柠檬酸为基准,催化剂8.0g,n(柠檬酸)∶n(乙醇)为16∶.0,反应时间为9h,收率87.0%,催化剂易回收,可重复使用,不污染环境。 The triethyl citrate was prepared from citric acid and ethanol with activated carbon supported ferric chloride as catalyst.Through examining the effect of factors on the yield, the optimum synthesis conditions were as follow: catalyst amount was 8.0 g, molar ratio of citric acid to alcohol was 1:6.0, and reaction time was 9.0 h (based on 0.3mol citric acid ).The yield of esterification reached 87.0 %.This catalyst had many advantages such as easy reuse and less pollution to environment.
