糖尿病人的胰腺移植

Pancreas Transplantation in Patients with Diabetes

摘要 成功的胰腺移植可使糖尿病患者不依赖外源性胰岛素而维持正常的血糖水平,并能明显减缓糖尿病并发 症的发展,从而提高患者的生活质量。本文简要阐述了胰腺移植的技术、排异反应、对机体的影响及展望。 Successful pancreas transplantation results in patients with diabetes not being dependent on exogenous insulin therapy and normal blood glucose concentration. It can also prevent complications of diabetes. Therefore the life quality of the patients with diabetes can be raised. This review briefly introduces the techniques, rejections, impacts on recipients and prospect for pancreas transplantation.
