摘要
纱线毛羽直接影响织物的品质,对织机织造效率影响较大。针对原材料、前纺工序对毛羽的影响极大,其中细纱工序、络筒工序是毛羽形成的主要阶段,提出相应的控制办法。
Yarn hairiness directly affects the quality of fabric, it also exerts a great effect on textile efficiency. This essay not only introduces the effects of the pre-spinning process and the raw materials on yarn hairiness but also the controlling methods, proposing that the fine-spun process and the winding process are the main stage of the yarn hairiness, and putting forward the corresponding controlling method.
