摘要
为探索视网膜脱离手术中保持角膜清晰的新方法,将20例视网膜脱离患者分为2组,分别用生理盐水和2%羟丙基甲基纤维素湿敷和点滴在角膜表面,以保持角膜湿润和透明.结果,用生理盐水组10例中有3例不同程度地发生角膜水肿和混浊,而使用2%羟丙基甲基纤维素组则全部保持透明.两组角膜透明保持率分别为70%和100%,有非常显著的差异.本文讨论了视网膜脱离术中角膜透明度变化的原因及甲基纤维素保护的机理,认为本法是在视网膜脱离术中保持角膜透明清晰的一种安全、实用而有效的方法.
In order to searching alter new methods to keep corneal clarity in the operation for retinal detachment,we divided twenty patients of retinal detachment into two groupsl.Fhysiological saline and 2% hydroxyoropyl methylcellulose dripped on the corneal respectively to keep corneal wetness and clarity.Three cases occurred corneal edena and opacity in the physiological saline group,while the corneals all kept clarity in the methyl cellulose group.The retes of keeping corneal clarity in two groups were 70% and 100%respectively,which showd significant difference.The causes of the change of corneal clarity and the principle of mcthyl cellulose keeping corneal clarity in the operation for retinal detchment were discussed in this article.This method is safe,practical and effective in keeping corneal clarity in the operation for retinal detachment.
