摘要
针对跨栏运动的时间和空间特征,运用科学的时空观和运动技术的学习理论从时间与空间方面对跨栏教学中遇到的问题进行了理论探讨,旨在开拓视野,更新观念,提高跨栏教学的科学性和实效性。
Aiming at the time and space features of hurdling, this paper discusses the problems arising from hurdling teaching from the perceptions of time and space by applying the scientific space-time nature and the study theory of sporting skills. It aims to widen the field of vision, renovate the notion and increase the scientific nature and substantial results in teaching hurdling.
