天然水生物膜胞外多糖和胞外蛋白吸附镉的特性 被引量:1

摘要 研究了长春市南湖天然水环境中生物膜优势菌种胞外多糖和胞外蛋白对镉的吸附特征及其影响因素。结果表明,胞外多糖和胞外蛋白对镉的吸附过程符合Langmuir和Freundlich热力学等温方程,胞外多糖和胞外蛋白对镉的动力学吸附特征符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood方程的一级反应模式。而铅的存在会影响对镉的吸附。 The adsorption of Cd^2+ on the exopolysaccharide and extracellular protein of natural biofilm was investigated in this article. The exopolysaccharide and extracellular protein was obtained from the extracellular polymers of superiority bacteria of natural biofilm cultivated in Changchun South Lake. The results showed that both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm equations could describe the thermodynamics absorption processes of Cd^2+ One order kinetic model of Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation could describe the kinetic adsorption characteristic of Cd. The biosorption ability of the exopolysaccharide is much higher than the extmcellular protein.
