摘要
器官移植技术发展50年来,由于它的临床效果日益提高,移植范围不断扩大,要求移植的患者逐年增加。但由于供体来源的严重短缺,而使供需矛盾越来越突出。为了扩展供体的来源,科学家把目光转移到动物身上,狒狒、猩猩和猪作为研究和移植的目标,异种移植的出现的确给患者带来了希望,它的应用价值是不言而喻的,但带来的一系列问题也是前所未有的。所以异种移植的研究和应用到今天为止仍然是进退两难。
Since the development of the organ transplantation within 50 years, its effect on clinical medicine is advancing from day to day, and the extent is larger and larger, and the number of the patients needing to transplant is bigger and bigger. But the conflicts between the supply and demand become more and more outstanding, which are all caused by the scarcity of the provider. To enlarge the sources of the provider, scientists move their eyes to animals, such as baboo, ns, orangutans, and pigs. Such transplantation gives the new hope to the patients, whose applied value can＇ t use words to say. But it is also followed by the unprecedented problems. So the research and application of the xenotrans plantation are still crag-fast.
