摘要
土地储备制度是深化土地使用制度改革的必然产物,也是转变土地利用方式的重要举措。本文结合城市土地利用的实际,对建立和完善土地储备制度作一粗浅的探讨。
The reservation system of land is to deepen the inevitable result that the land used the system reform, and it is also the important action which changing the land use way. This text combines the reality of the urban land using, and make an elementary discussion on setting up and perfecting the eservation system of land.
