摘要
本文就 PN 结正向电压与温度关系研究实验中所涉及的常见问题进行了阐述, 并提出了相应解决办法。本文能为相关实验工作者提供参考。
The actual problems involved in the experiment on positive voltage of PN junction with temperature are introduced,and the relevant solution is pointed out. The reference is offered in this paper to the relevant experimental teaching stuff.
