摘要
主成分分析是多元数据统计分析方法的一种,文中将主成分分析方法原理,应用于柴油机工作状态的描述指标体系,经过矩阵变换、降低数据维数,以提取柴油机运转状况信息的主要特征。通过对6-135ZC柴油机台架试验数据的分析处理说明,在有用信息量损失较小的前提下,该方法可以提炼运转状态信息,是一种解决高维复杂系统状态描述问题的简便有效的统计方法。
The principal component analysis is one of the statistic analysis methods for multidimensional datum, This method is applied to describe the system running status of diesel engine, in which the data dimensions can be reduced by transfer matrix to get the main characteristics of the running status, Taking an example of analysis of the results of bench test for 6-135ZC diesel engine, this paper demonstrates that the principal component analysis can obtain information almost without any loss, and it is an effective and convenient way to describe the status of complex multidimensional system.
