摘要
目的评价Trivex微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的方法和疗效。方法对下肢静脉曲张患者采用Trivex微创旋切治疗,并对手术时间、术后住院时间、手术并发症、切口数及大小等临床资料进行分析,并与点式剥脱术进行比较。结果除Trivex微创旋切术后并发皮下血肿较点式剥脱术多外,余指标均优于点式剥脱术组。结论Trivex微创旋切术较点式剥脱术手术操作简单、术后恢复快,具有手术创伤小、并发症少等优点,具有临床运用价值。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy （ Trivex TM ） for varicosities of low limbs. Methods The patients were performed minimally invasive rotary varicotomy （ Trivex TM ） , then the relative clinical data includes operation time, hospitalization time, complications after operation, number and size of operative incision were analyzed, and the method of the Trivex system was compared with traditional one. Results Except the seroma of postoperative complication, others indexes were better than that of traditional one＇s. Conclusion Compared with traditional method, minimally invasive rotary varicotomy （ Trivex TM ） have many advantages including simple procedure , quick recovery, minimal invasion, less postoperative complications,it is worthy in clinical practices.
