摘要
分析发电厂高压加热器投入率低的原因,结合上安电厂350 MW机组6号高压加热器损坏现象,提出6号高压加热器汽侧退出运行时,应采取措施保证7号、8号高压加热器的运行,并均衡其热负荷,以免个别高压加热器过度超负荷。定义加热器回热率的概念,结合等效焓降法,计算高压加热器切除对机组热经济性的影响。
The damages of No.6 High-Pressure Heater (HP) of 350 MW unit in Sbangan Power Plant are analyzed. Measures are taken to ensure the running of No. 7 and No. 8 HPs and to balance thermal load so as to avoid overload of some certain HPs. By giving the concept of heater regeneration rate, and combining with equivalent enthalpy reduction method, the influence on heat economy with HPs off-line is calculated.
