学习记忆与神经干细胞增殖之间的关系

摘要 目的了解学习记忆与神经干细胞增殖之间的关系。方法应用计算机检索Medline1991-01/2005-08的相关文章,检索词“learning,neurogenesis”,并限定文章语言种类为“English”。对搜集到43篇文章进行选择,纳入标准:①随机对照试验。②神经增殖研究。③学习记忆研究。排除标准:重复性研究及综述性文章。共纳入23篇文献。结果研究提示学习记忆过程对神经干细胞的增殖及新增殖神经干细胞的存活期有影响,并且神经干细胞数目的变化与学习记忆也存在关系。结论学习记忆与神经干细胞增殖之间的确切关系仍未明了,仍有待于进一步研究。
