摘要
研究了汽车发动机铝油冷器钎焊温度和钎料包覆率对钎焊质量的影响,借助金相显微镜对钎缝组织进行了分析.结果表明,钎焊温度从595℃提高到615℃时,熔蚀率从10%提高到25%,虚焊率从10%降低到2%;钎料包覆率从8%提高到16%时,熔蚀率从25%提高到50%.钎焊温度和钎料包覆率的提高促进了元素扩散和铝合金的溶解,导致熔蚀加剧.综合考虑钎焊温度和包覆率的影响,钎焊温度选择600~605℃,钎料包覆率选择8%~10%可以满足技术要求.
The influence of brazing temperature and cladding ratio of filler metals on brazing quality of aluminum oil cooler for automobile engine was researched. The brazing weld microstructure was analyzed by optical metallographic microscope. The results show that with the increased brazing temperature from 595℃ to 615℃ ,the melting erosion rate increases from 10% to 25% ,the false brazing rate decreases from 10% to 2%. As the cladding ratio of filler metals is increased from 8% to 16% ,the melting erosion rate increases from 25% to 50%. The increasing both brazing temperature and cladding ratio of cladding metals promotes the element diffusion and solution of aluminum alloy. As a result, the melting erosion ratio increases. Considering synthetically influence of brazing temperature and cladding ratio, the brazing quality can be ensured when brazing at 600 -605℃ and with 8% -10% cladding ratio.
