肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23在人卵巢癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23,表达产物二磷酸核苷激酶(NDPK)在Ⅲ期卵巢癌中的表达及其意义。方法用微波仪ABC免疫组织化学染色法研究了23例Ⅲ期卵巢癌患者。结果NDPK/nm23在人Ⅲ期卵巢癌中有较高的表达,阳性率为52.17%(12/23),其中无淋巴结转移的阳性率为81.82%(9/11),伴有淋巴结转移的阳性率为25%(3/12),差异有显著性(P=0.02);卵巢癌的细胞分化程度越高,nm23的阳性检出率也越高,各级之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论nm23基因可能在卵巢癌转移和细胞分化过程中起调节作用,其表达程度与卵巢癌淋巴结转移呈负相关,与其分化程度呈正相关。 To detect the expression of nucleotide diphosphate kinase (NDPK), the product of metastasis suppressor gene nm23in the human ovarian carcinoma of three stages.Methods Microwave instrument ABC immunohistochemical method was used.Results 23 patients were tested, 12(52. 17 %) showed positive staining. Higher incidence of positive staining was found in ovarian carcinoma without lymph node metastasis (91/11, 81. 82%) than in that with lymph involvement (3/12 , 25 %). (P = 0. 02) . The nm23 gene was expressed at higher levels in well differentiated tumors (p<0. 05).Conclusions NDPK/nm23 may play different roles in the metastasis and cell differentiation of human ovarian carcinoma. Its expression levels are not only inversely correlated with lymph node metastasis,but also positively correlated with histological grading of ovarian carcinoma.
