摘要
37例正常儿童超声心动图冷加压试验(CPT)时心脏舒张早期功能的主要变化是快充盈期左宝后壁运动幅度减低,运动速度减慢,标准化快充盈期充盈率下降。标准化快充盈期充盈速率的下降率与平均动脉压和平均室壁应力的升高率呈正相关,进一步分析,发现与舒张压和收缩末期室壁应力的升高率有正相关,与收缩压和舒张末期室壁应力的升高率无显著相关。故CPT时舒张早期功能的下降可能主要是由于CPT时血压升高,心室壁应力增大所致。舒张功能的变化是可逆的。
The main changes of early-diastolic function during echocardiographic cold pressor test (CPT) in 37 normal children include a significant decrease in posterior wall excursion and posterior wall velocity during rapid filling period(RFR/Vs). There is a significant positive relation between the decreasing rate of RFR/Vs and the increasing rate of mean blood pressure, and mean wall stress. Further analysis reveals positive relationship between the decreasing rate of RFR/Vs and the increasing rate of diastolic blood pressure and end-systolic wall stress, There is no significant relation between the decreasing rate of RFR/Vs and the increasing rate of systollic blood pressure, and end-diastolic wall stress. So the temporary decrease of early-diastolic functions during CPT may be mainly due to the increase of blood pressure and wall stress during CPT. The changes of diastolic function during CPT are recoverable。
