摘要
目的研究醋酸泼尼松龙-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺,提高醋酸泼尼松龙的溶解度和生物利用度。方法采用饱和溶液法,通过均匀设计实验,筛选出最佳制备工艺。结果最佳制备工艺为醋酸泼尼松龙:β-环糊精质量比为1∶5,包合温度85℃,包合时间1 h,其包合物的溶解度和溶出速率明显高于醋酸泼尼松龙原料药。结论醋酸泼尼松龙β-环糊精包合物可明显提高醋酸泼尼松龙的溶解度及溶出速率。
Objective To optimize the preparation condition of the inclusion complex of prednisolone acetate andβ-cyclodextrin for improving solubility and bioavailability. Methods and Results Optimal conditions for preparing the inclusion complex were obtained by uniform design : the ratio of prednisolone acetate toβ-cyclodextrin was 1 : 5, the inclusion time was 1 hour and the inclusion temperature was 85℃. Conclusions The solubility and dissolution rate of prednisolone acetate are increased after being included byβ-cyclodextrin.
