摘要
目的:探讨3~15岁儿童正视化过程中角膜曲率半径变化规律及其正常值以及不同性别、不同年龄段角膜曲率差异。方法:用日本进口NIDEKARK-30全自动验光仪进行屈光状态和角膜曲率测定,对262名儿童按男女、不同年龄段分组进行数据统计分析。结果:(1)3~15岁儿童角膜正常曲率半径K值为7.79mm,较成人正常值7.77mm长0.02mm。(2)3~15岁儿童角膜正常曲率半径K值女孩较男孩平均短0.1655mm。(3)男女均随年龄增长,角膜曲率半径呈递减趋势。结论:本文所统计角膜曲率数据较成人正常值长0.02mm,符合儿童生长发育特点,并且存在着年龄和性别差异。
Objective: To evaluate the normal value of radius of corneal curvature of the 3-15 years old children, and the difference in sex and age. Methods: Measuring the radius of corneal curvature by the autorefractometry ,classify the data and take statistic analysis according to sex and age respective. Results: (1) The corneal curvature normal value of 3-15 children is 7.79 mm,which is 0.02 mm longer than the value reported in the ophthalmology literatures. (2) The corneal curvature in male is 0.165 5 mm longer than that in female.(3)The radii of corneal curvature in both male and female decrease with age. Conclusion: The normal value of radius of corneal curvature of the population is 0.02 mm longer than the value reported in the ophthalmology literatures,and there is difference between sex and age.
