摘要
提出一种用超声波实现对纸粗糙度测量的新方法,根据超声波回波的特性,建立了纸表面粗糙度和回波输出电压的数学模型。讨论了小波变换与多尺度边缘检测之间的关系,提出了用离散二进小波变换进行宽带回波的边缘待征提取的方法,实现了对回波信号的精确提取,空气中回波实测数据的结果验证了这种方法的有效性。
A novel method of the paper roughness measurement using airborne ultrasound is given, and mathematic model of the relation between the paper roughness and ultrasonic echo output voltage is established. The relation between wavelet transform and multiple-dimension edge detection is discussed. A method of the broad band echo edge characteristic extracted by discrete binary wavelet transform is given. The validation of the method is confirmed by the result of echo measurement data.
