摘要
在高校科技管理中,如何评价科技论文的学术水平是一项重要的基础性工作。从科技期刊和论文影响因子两个角度出发,论述了科技论文学术水平评价的原则与过程。并且,利用统计综合指标分析方法,在科技期刊评价方法的基础上,提出了一种新的评价科技论文学术水平的方法,从而能够科学、客观、公平、公正地评价高等学校科技论文学术水平。
It is an important work to evaluate academic level of scientific papers in scientific management in universities. Principle and procedure of evaluating academic level of scientific papers are discussed by analyzing influenced factors of published papers and periodicals. Based on the evaluating methods of scientific periodicals, a new evaluating method using statistical methods in comprehensive analysis is then proposed in this paper to ensure the objective evaluation of the academic level of scientific papers in universities.
