摘要
实验表明,上皮组织细胞膜的通透性变化可以在交流阻抗谱的复平面图上直观地显示出来,顶膜和底侧膜的性状表现为两个连续的阻抗半圆,顶膜和底侧膜阻抗很容易地分开了.以此为基础,初步探讨了制菌霉素对顶膜的作用机理。
The electrochemical impedance spectra for toad urinary bladder were abtained and we show a new easy way to seperate the apical membrane conductance from that of basolateral membrane without using microelectrode. The mucosal addition of nystatin to toad bladder presented a greatly declined main semicircle which decreased with time. These indicated that ion transport through the apical membrane affected by nystatin may include two processes in series, one of which perhaps resulted from the incorporation of nystatin into the apical membrane.
