摘要
按照国家标准,对几种常用食用植物油脂和菜籽毛油的色度、含水量、酸价指数、过氧化值、碘价、不皂化物含量等几项被国家列为强制性标准的指标进行检测,并通过气相色谱对样品中脂肪酸组成做了测定,对常用的市售食用植物油脂的理化质量和营养价值做了全面分析.
According to national standard, chroma, moisture content, acidty value, iodic value and peroxide value n some edible vegetable oil and uufined rapeseed oil have been examined, which are required by law. Fatty acid compositive in these samples are measured by gas chromatography. And an overall analysis has been made on the physicochemical index and nutritive value in some kinds of vegetable oil.
