摘要
文章对数字化档案室建设过程中档案信息资源的积累、管理理念、服务理念等纲领性问题;信息安全、软硬件、一致性等瓶颈问题进行了探讨,并提出解决方案。
Starting from major problems of the accumulation of information resources, management concepts, service concepts, the article makes a probe into the information security, soft ware and hard ware, and consistency in filing, and present some solutions to solve the problems above-mentioned.
