摘要
企业家角色定位是企业家理论的一个重要研究内容。在新古典经济学中,严格的假设条件致使企业家角色缺失;现代企业理论在打开企业这个“黑箱”的同时,凸显出企业家在企业存在与发展中的重要职能性角色,即企业家是决策者、机会主义者、创新者和套利者。异质型人力资本理论进一步认为,企业家是异质型人力资本的“出资者”,基于企业家人力资本产权的确立及其显性化的制度安排,企业家已成为现代企业治理结构的核心和主导者。
The nature of entrepreneurial role is one of the important researches in firm and entrepreneurial theory. Strict assumptions in the neoclassical economies framework resulted in the absence of entrepreneurial role. By contrast, modern firm theories have not only opened the 'black box', but also highlighted the important functional role that entrepreneurs play in the survival and development of enterprises. Their role can be summarized as decision-maker, opportunist, innovator and arbitrator. Therefore, according to the idiosyncratic human capital theory, entrepreneurs are the real contributors of idiosyncratic human capital. The establishment of property right to entrepreneurial human capital and the observable institutional arrangement indicate that entrepreneurs have become the core dominators in the firm governance structures.
