摘要
本文针对CPU散热片的冷锻成形过程,采用几何与材料非线性模型,用相关软件进行模拟。因为摩擦是影响其成形质量的一个重要因素,因此,着重研究了凸凹模和工件之间摩擦大小对成形后的应变和应力及尺寸的影响。通过选择不同的摩擦边界条件,选择出最佳的摩擦系数及相应润滑剂,为实际生产提供了理论依据。
The numerical simulation of cold forging deforming of CPU fin has been done, adopting the Update- Lagrange method and elastic-plastic constitutive equation and the software related ,with emphasis on the influence of friction coefficient between the workpiece and the die on the the stress, strain and size after taking shape for the friction is an important factor affecting the quality of the deforming.Selection of the different friction coefficient has given the best result and corresponding lubricant hence theory basis for real production.
