摘要
为降低硫精矿杂质,提高硫品位,进行了闭路和开路浮选流程的工业试验,结果表明采用旋流器分级—再磨—三次开路精选工艺达到了要求指标,高硫精矿产率22.14%,含硫48.88%、MgO0.269%、CaO0.471%、SiO21.054%。针对存在问题,提出建议:稳定给矿浓度、提高抑制效果、完善给药设施、降杂前脱药。
In order to reduce sulphur concentrate impurities, improve sulphur grade, the industrial test of closed circuit and open circuit flotation were carried out. The test result indicated that cyclone classification, regrinding and three times open circuit concentrating process met the indexes demands. The yield of sulphur concentrate was 22.14%, and the contents of sulphur concentrate were 48.88%S, 0.269%MGO, 0.471% CaO and 1.054% SiO2. In the same time, some suggestions were put forward, that were, stabilizing ore feeding concentration, improving depression effect, optimizing reagent feeding facilities, reagent removing before reducing impurity.
