摘要
本文报道3例性腺原发性绒癌,其合体滋养细胞内β-hCG呈阳性反应(++～+++)。性腺原发性绒癌极罕见,预后差。本文结合文献复习并讨论本病几种起源的可能性。
Three cases of primary choriocarcinoma in sex glands are reported. By human chorionic gonadotropin-beta subunit specific immanopcroxi-dase slain localised to the syncytio trophoblast revealed to be positive. Primary choriocarcinoma of sex glands are extremity rare. This tumor is associated with a poor prognosis. The literature is reviewed and possible origins of this rare tumor is discussed.
