摘要
从系统的角度出发对电子商务的系统组成要素及其协调以及电子商务的技术环境和社会环境进行分析,有利于找出我国电子商务发展中存在的企业内部及所处环境的问题,而企业内部信息化和社会环境问题则是影响我国电子商务发展的主要障碍。发展我国电子商务应针对上述问题采取相应对策。
This article first discusses systematically the meaning, and composing factors of E-commerce as well as its technological and social environment, stressing the importance of its social environment and of integrating E-commerce and an enterprise's internal informatization. Then, it conducts a systematic analysis of the reasons for the issues concerning the enterprise itself and environment in developing E-commerce, conchlding that an enterprise's internal informatization and social environment are the major obstacles affecting the development of E-commerce in China. Finally this article proposes some measures on how to develop China's E-commerce.
