微球装置管道气力输送系统的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 为降低环境污染、减轻工人的劳动强度和提高催化剂产品的混兑质量,兰州炼油化工设计院为中国石油兰州石化分公司催化剂厂微球装置设计了1套管道气力输送系统。被输送物料为固态粉状LB-1添加剂,输送量20t/h,输送高度36m,风压0.3MPa。设计计算结果表明,混合比采用20时,空气质量流量应为1t/h,输送管内径125mm,气流速度26.4m/s,系统总压降196.52kPa。生产实践表明,输送系统运行良好,未出现过堵料、掉料等异常现象,直接经济效益92万元/a。 In order to decrease environmental pollution, working strength and increase the mixing quality of catalyst product,the pipeline airvey system was designed for microsphere unit of catalyst factory in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.Conveying medium was LB-1 type additive with solid state powder,conveying level was 20 t/h,conveying high level was 36 m,wind pressure was 0.3 MPa.The design calculateion results showed that on the conditions of mixing ratio 20 the mass flow of air was 1 t/h,the inner size of pipe was 125 mm,pneumatic rate was 26.4 m/s,the pressure drop of system was 196.52 kPa.The production practice indicated that the conveying system runned well and good benefits were obtained.
