摘要 针对25K型客车在运用检修中发现的大量车轮轮缘偏磨、踏面热龟裂、轴承滚子端面及活动挡圈过热变色、外排轴承外圈外挡边“咬伤”等故障,分析了引发故障的原因,提出了相应的措施。 In view of the large number of troubles found in operation,inspection and repair of 25K passenger cars such as the uneven wheel flange wear,heat cracks in tread,thermochromism of bearing roller end and movable guard ring,'bite off' of the outer guard edge of the outer ring of the outer bearing,etc.,the causes to the troubles are analyzed,and corresponding measures are put forward.
