聚对苯撑/聚氨酯共混材料的结构与性能

Structure and Performance of Polyparaphenylene and Polyurethane Blends

摘要 将聚对苯撑与聚氨酯进行共混,对共混材料的力学性能和耐热性能进行了试验研究,并通过傅里叶红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征了其结构,以期从结构角度上认识该材料性能的变化规律.结果表明:刚性聚对苯撑与聚氨酯的硬段间有一定程度的相容,因而加入聚对苯撑能改善聚氨酯的拉伸强度和热稳定性;当聚对苯撑的质量增加至聚氨酯质量的15%时,聚氨酯材料的拉伸强度提高了12.3%,分解温度提高了12℃,耐热性能提高. Polyparaphenylene (PPP) and Polyurethane (PU) were mixed sufficiently, and the influence of PPP content in the PPP/PU blends on the mechanical and heat resistant performance was investigated experimentally. The microstructure of the blends was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscope to obtain the knowledge of structure-property relationship. The results show that PPP serves as “fiber” to strengthen the blend; the intermolecular interaction or compatibility between PPP and the hard segment of PU is revealed to a certain extent. The tensile strength increases by 12. 3% and the heat degradation temperature increases by 12 ℃ for PPP at the mass ratio of 15% to PU.
