摘要 对TCPVegas拥塞控制算法进行了研究改进.主要分析了类Iridium系统的LEO卫星网络环境下Vegas拥塞控制算法的性能表现,提出了一种改进的TCP拥塞控制算法—Vegas1算法,并将之与原算法进行了比较.与以往的研究不同,本文研究的侧重点是各种性能参数在整个网络上总的平均结果,关心网络的整体性能.仿真结果表明:在平均往返时延上改进后的Vegas1算法优于原Vegas算法.与单一链路的仿真结果比较,本文的结果有所不同,这说明使用完整的整个网络进行仿真具有积极的意义. In this paper, we conduct comprehensive research of the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) Vegas congestion control algorithms, and then we present a new improved algorithm, Vegas1 algorithm. The performance of TCP Vegas congestion control algorithms over Iridium-similar LEO satellite networks is analyzed. The Vegas1 algorithm is compared with old Vegas algorithms also. The difference between our work and previous simulation research work of others is that our research work concentrates on the whole network performance of various parameters, on the average numerical value. The result of our simulation shows that the Vegas1 algorithm is superior to the old algorithms. By comparison with the result of simulation using single link, using full network topology to simulate TCP congestion control algorithms has a positive meaning.
