摘要
本文基于胸痹心痛“阳微阴弦”的病机理论及临床辨治,认为气虚为本、血瘀为标、风动为象,临床治疗以补气法为基础,以活血法为关键,而祛风法在胸痹心痛的治疗中亦起重要作用。
Based on the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of Chest Pain Syndrome,Qi Deficiency is in origin,Blood Obstruction is in superficiality and Wind-Like movement is in phenomenon.Supplementing Qi is the foundation,Promoting Blood Circulation is the key and Dispelling Wind is very important in treating chest pain Syndrome.
