摘要
结合工程实例,根据现场渗漏调查和开挖抽检情况,分析了房屋渗漏原因,从设计、施工、材料等方面提出了渗漏的防治措施,从而保证房屋建筑的正常使用,提高结构构件的耐久性,延长结构使用寿命。
Combined with practical work, based upon on-site investigation and excavation check the reasons caused the roof leakage are analyzed; at the same time corresponding preventive measures are proposed from design, construction, materials and other aspects to ensure construction quality and improve the durability of structural members and prolong service life.
