摘要
一、“八五”阶段开展乡村医生系统化、正规化中等医学教育的回顾和评价 为适应农村卫生工作的改革和发展,卫生部于1990年召开了“全国首届乡村医生教育研讨会”,会后颁发了《1991～2000年全国乡村医生教育规划》及《县卫生学校建设标准》。在1993年召开的全国医学成人教育工作会议之后又陆续下发了《关于加强县、乡卫生技术人员培训的意见》等五个有关文件。
Since1990,nationnal rural doctors' s education work entered into a new developing stage. The rural doctors' education system is set -up basically .doctor numbers increased rapidlly and overall quality enhanced evidently. Systematic and standardized secondary medical education for rural doctors prevails nation - Widely with great achievements. In the nineth'Five years Plan', ten - year plan of National Education for Rural Doctor, should be carried out further with detailed understanding and strong leadership to promote development of rural doctors' education work in a healthy way
