摘要
随着客户机/服务器环境的流行,软件开发变得越来越复杂和困难.管理信息系统的开发过程已不再仅仅是编写代码,开发人员必须理解应用程序分割、用户接口设计和网络协议等概念.数据处理功能由客户端实现还是在服务器端实现的决策直接影响了C/S结构管理信息系统的性能.现对高性能C/S结构管理信息系统的设计方法进行了讨论,包括系统的信息和功能分析、数据库设计、系统结构设计、系统功能实现、数据库压力测试和性能调整等关键技术问题.
With the extensive applying of Client/Server environment, it is harder and more complex to develop database application. Today, developing software is not only to code, but also to understand the concept of the method of how to divide database system into subsystem, design UI and use network protocol. The decision of how to deploy the data process function, in the Client or in the Server, will influence the performance of C/S database application. This paper gives some advices to develop a high performance C/S database system, includes the method to analyse Information and function, design database, architecture and function, execute database pressure testing, and tune database system＇s performance.
