摘要
“专家门诊”是医学科学发展和深化改革中涌现出的新生事物,是医院适应社会发展需要开展多层次服务的一项重要内容。开设专家门诊有利于医疗质量提高,有利于病人,有利于医、教、研的发展,有利于医院改革、精神文明建设及调动医务人员的工作积极性。上海第二医科大学各附属医院“专家门诊”就诊人数已占医院门诊人数的1/5,目前已有61%的专家出专家门诊,因此必须加强对“专家门诊”的规范化管理,进一步提高医疗质量。对“专家门诊”存在的问题尚需深入研究。
with current medical development and in - depth health service reforms in China, expert - provided outpatient service (EOS) has developed as an important component of multi -layered services. Running the EOS contributes a great deal to these aspects :patients;advances in service quality;development of clinical work,teaching,and research; hospital reform;cultural and ethical progress;and promotion of the initiative of medical personnel. In the Affiliated Hospitals of Shanghai Second Medical University,at present the outpatients seeking EOS amount to 20% of the total outpatient number,and 61% of the experts participate in EOS. The management standardization and other possible problems of EOS should be actively studied and resolved for constant improvements.
