摘要
用几种试剂对药害较重的西瓜嫁接苗进行解毒试验,喷施后第14d,统计计算植株抽出新叶和恢复正常生长的株数占调查株数的比率,结果为:0.5%葡萄糖+赤霉素混合处理的解毒效果最好,植株抽出新叶和恢复正常生长的比率为91.0%和86.5%,0.5%白糖+0.1%三十烷醇混合处理的为86.5%和80.6%,0.5%葡萄糖溶液处理的为79%和73.6%,清水对照的仅为16.8%和14.5%。
The detoxification test for pesticide damage of grafted watermelon seedlings was performed with several reagents. The number and the percentage of plant leafing and restoring normal growth were counted 14d after spraying. The results showed that the detoxification effect of 0. 5% glucose+gibberellin was the best, and the percentage of plant leafing and restoring normal growth were 91.0% and 86.5%, and those for the treatment with 0.5% sugcrose +triacontanol were 86.5% and 80.6%, treatment with 0.5% glucose were 79% and 73.6%, and for the control (water) were only 16.8% and 14.5%, respectively.
