摘要
医院等级评审后,提出科室分等管理的设想,制定了相应的标准和评审细则。一年的试行结果表明,医院等级评审后,对科室实行分等管理,是巩固和提高分级评审成果的有效方法。
Department graded management after hospital accreditation was put forward as a tentative plan with developed gradation standards and management regulations,and was proved in one year's trial implementation to be an effective measure for both maintaining and heightening the positive results of accreditation.
