摘要
如果药物不能有效地控制痛风的发展，痛风石形成并沉积于手足等特殊部位，而影响功能、着装和美观时，即需要外科手术治疗。作者近来收治了３例患者，进行了６次手术，效果良好，对痛风石应手术切除以保护手足功能，一般术后伤口良好愈合，在术前及术后要注意药物控制，以避免痛风急性发作。
