摘要
用荧光素双标记技术观察了大鼠大脑皮层、杏仁中央核和黑质网状带向下位脑干面口部运动核及其周围区域的分支投射。将FastBlue(FB)和DiamidinoYellow(DY)分别注入两侧脑干面口部运动核(三叉神经运动核、面神经核和舌下神经核)、左侧两个不同脑干面口部运动核、左侧和右侧两个不同胞干面口部运动核及其周围区域后,大脑皮层的FB/DY双标神经元占FB单标、DY单标和FB/DY双标神经元总数的14.8%~34.1%,杏仁中央核和黑质网状带的FB/DY双标神经元分别占标记神经元总数的48.1%~70.3%和25.4~35.8%。三叉神经运动核、面神经核和舌下神经核是主理咀嚼、吞咽、吸吮、表情和发声等复杂活动的运动神经元所在地,上述区域发出的轴突对这些运动核及其周围区域的分支支配,对面口部的横纹肌活动的精细调控和协调,可能有重要作用和意义。
Employing a fluorescent retrograde double-labeling technique, we examined in the rat the singleneurons in the cerebral cortex (CC),central amygdaloid nucleus(Ce),and reticular part of substantia nigra(SNr) sending branched axon collaterals to the trigeminal motor(Vm), facial(Vll) and hypoglossal(XII) nuclei and their immediate surrounding regions in the brainstem. After injecitons of Fast Blue(FB) and Diamidino Yellow(DY) respectively into bilateral, two of the left or two of theleft and right sides Vm, Vll and Xll nuclei, the percentages of FB/DY double-labeled neurons to the total number of labeled neurons (including FB labeled, DY labeled and FBIDY double-labeled neurons ) were 14. 8%~ 34.1% in the CC, 48.1%~70.3% in the Ce, and 25.4%~35.8% in the SNr. In the CC, most of the FB/DY double-labeled neurons were located within the frontal cortex area 1 and agranular insular cortex and most of them were pyramidal neurons in the layers 5 and 6. The oral motor behaviors, such as mustication , deglutition, suckling, countenance and phonation are intricataly controled by Vm ,Vll and Xll nuclei. The axon collateral projections from the CC, Ce, and SNr to the brainstem orofacial motor nuclei and their immediate surrounding regions might be significant and important for the coordinations of orofacial muscular movements among different orofacial organs.
