摘要
在榴弹发射过程中,发射器枪管会产生巨大的冲击振动,直接影响瞄准镜的瞄准定位精度。文中介绍了榴弹发射振动模拟系统的设计,该系统利用微机控制的压力反馈液压冲击器作为激振器,能实现振动频率和加速度的无级调节;同时对该系统进行仿真研究,仿真结果表明该系统完全符合军工生产实际情况。这样,为设计制造榴弹发射器模拟实验台提供了基本依据;在节约真枪实弹的前提下,为分析和检测枪身的振动对瞄准镜的影响提供了有效途径,在军工生产实际工作中具有很重要的意义。
During the process of shrapnel shooting,the huge vibration produced by shell Launching will directly affect the accuracy of collimation orientated,In the arlicle, the whole scheme of shrapnel shooting simulant system was conceived, It uses hydraulic impact mechanism with pressure feedback controlled by computer as the equipment producing vibration, It can tune up vihration frequency and acceleration without limit. The research and simulating was done on it. it shows vibration system is able to aecord with the practical require in the war industry . Thus. it can provide the basic theory to design and produce shrapnel emitter, at the same time, it is convenient to analysis and detect ibration of the gun's body and the influence on collimation because of vibration produced by shell launching This shows that discussions for the effect has an important significance in the practice of war industry production.
