摘要
自行设计护理人员对护理记录认识、满意度及困扰因素调查表,随机抽样调查15所二级甲等及其以上医院护理人员316人,调查结果显示,护理人员对书写护理记录基本认可,但受书写困扰因素的影响,满意度偏低,采用χ2检验对不同年龄、职称及学历层次护理人员的认知度与满意度进行统计分析,为护理管理者制定相应的管理措施提供理论依据。
The cognition, satisfaction degree and perplex factors to nursing records among nurses were examined by a self-designed questionnaire. Investigate 316 nurses randomly sampled in 15 hospitals of Class 2A and over. The results showed that most nurses approved to write nursing records, but influenced by some perplex factors when writing them and the satisfaction degree of nurses was slightly low. x^2 test was used to analyze the degree of cognition and satisfaction between different ages, professional titles and academic background, providing the nursing managers with theoretical foundation to work out corresponding administrative measures.
