摘要
采用有限元法分析计算了金刚石圆锯片锯切岩石时锯切力引起的锯片基体上的应力分布.计算结果表明,在锯切力作用区域,随着圆锯片半径的增加,压应力值增加;随着锯切速率增加,压应力增加.这些结果将有助于锯片的张力处理与锯切参数优化.
This paper has analysed and computed stress distribution in the diamond circular sawblade caused by force with saw using finite element method. Calculated results show that with the increasing of the sawblade radius and cutting rate in the stone cutting region, the value of compressive stress is being increased. These results will be helpful to prestressing of the sawblade and optimization of the parameter in cutting stone with diamond circular sawblade.
