摘要
近几年,对真空灭弧室中电场分布的计算和分析,主要偏重于静电场,而对于开断电流时的电场很少有研究。本文推导了灭弧室在考虑电极间的电导时的电场计算方程,并用有限元法进行了求解,其计算结果可为真空灭弧室的设计提供有用的参考。
In recent years, the research work has been done on calculation and analysis of electrical field distribution in vacuum interrupter, which is mainly on static state, while it is seldom done during current interrupting.In this peper, the equation of electrical field distribution is presented and calculated with two dimensional finite element method considering conductivity existing after current interrupting between electrodes. The result of calculation can be applied to design of vacuum interrupter.
