摘要
研究了稀土永磁同步电动机磁路的计算机辅助设计,给出了矩形磁钢、瓦形磁钢以及聚磁结构中磁钢的等效处理方法,考虑了温度对磁钢工作点的影响,研究并比较了求解磁钢工作点的几种优化方法的有效性.
Magnetic circuit desiug is the most complicated but crucial step in the designing of electrical machine. Due to the existence of magnetic bridge in the rotor of rare - earth permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motor, the computation of magnetic circuit is even more complicated than that of normal electrical machine. The paper concentrated on the computer aided magnetic circuit design of motor of this sort so as to simplify the designing process and shorten computing time. The computer aided design software suitable for the designing of either rectangle or tile or arc magnet. Temperature effects are also considered including reversible losses and irreversible losses. Some optimization methods are used in solving the magnet operating point and their effectiveness are compared.
