摘要 精子分离是控制动物性别简单而有效的方法之一,本文综述了X、Y精子分离的生物学基础,分离方法及其应用效果的研究进展,并阐述了精子分离技术存在的问题及其发展前景。 Sex control is referred to the animal reproduction technology which can make adult animals according to people's desire produce certain sex descendants by artificial means. The sperm separation is one of simple and great value methods of sex control, and it is acquired gratifying advancements in recent years. This paper reviews biologic bases of separation of X and Y chromosome, analyses its new advances on ways of separation of X and Y chromosome and results of using. Meanwhile, the questions and prospect of sperm separation technique are presented.
